Abstract: | This research paper is conducted over the menace of Child labor and protection laws. Number of Causes and factors has been identified by researchers behind the Child labor. Exploratory technique of research was adopted while research. There are legion of laws and conventions that have been promulgated for the prevention of Child labor. An account of these laws has been very cru cial in putting the basis of this research. Comparative analysis of the different states has been taken. There is no worldwide consensus over the cause of Child labor but there are numerous factors that can be attributed to this social evil like poverty, low aspiration, huge demand for un skilled labor in the market, illiteracy, early marriage, high cost of education. There is a great div ersity on the Globe of the Earth and socio political conditions of the World vary from state to state. Econom ic prosperity and economic stagnation determ ines the social domain of any society. States entangled in the social evils need substantial financial support for overcoming these social evils. In some cases there exists laws . but their implementation IS negligible. There are plenty of hurdles that come in the way of implementation of laws. Research Methodology while conduct of this research is content Analysis, during content anal ys is help was taken from the work of many researchers. Lot of literature over Child labor is present but most of the authors have defined the nature of problems but they fai led in devising the so lution that can rid the society of these scourge. Field observation was also conducted from certain group of peopl e. Viewpoints of the sample are also recorded. During the conduct of research ethics of research were taken care, race, and religion were impartially observed. Number of initiatives has been taken for the awareness among the masses that inculcate the importance of ed ucation to the children. International organizations like ILO are working for the protection of Child rights. Existing statistics were also taken from different sources that substantiated the dependent variable of this research (Child labor). Both techniques of data collection were utilized v In sorting out the issue that causes Child labor. Qualitative and quantitative technique of data collection was used. Basically it is said that' "Children are the inspiration of Today and aspiration of Tomorrow." Child Labour have turned into an expanding day by day in Pakistan, whereby girls and boys are utilized to residential work or seller in the market as opposed to going to class and education, In the case is much declines as many children of our society don't go to school but instead work in the markets. Not that by itselfa portion of these Children are from whole Pakistan but this is issue of whole world where number of children found working in difference places, and hotels, The issue of child work is increasing day by day due to poverty. Besides, their way of life licenses them to send their children to live with more distant family individuals to learn exchange or something. Be that as it may, the different every day employments of Children in addition to the general issue which help extend child Labour inside the network frames the principle body of this paper. |
