Abstract: The purpose of this thesis is the seismic structural interpretation of the Missa Kaswal area to define the probable zone for hydrocarbon accumulation. Seismic structural interpretation is basically marking of reflectors with the help of synthetic seismogram and fault marking. SMT Kingdom 8.8 were used to complete this study. After generating polygons and contour mapping, petro-physics, rock-physics and facies analysis is done. Petrophysics is the one of the most reliable tools for the confirmation of the types of the hydrocarbon and for marking of the proper zone of the interest. Facies modelling helps in the confirmation of lithologies. Rock physics act as a bridge between seismic and Petrophysics. On the basis of Petro-physical analysis we mark the productive zone. Since this zone will be porous and permeable so values of elastic modules should be low in this depth. Plots of elastic modules with reservoir depth shows low values of modules in productive zone which also confirm our Petro-physical interpretation. In this dissertation, with the help of facies analysis of Qazian-01x well, we came to the result revealing limestone as the reservoir lithology. The location of the study area is 33°11'19"N to 73°21'20"E in Potwar Basin. It is a major pop-up anticline structure. Five seismic lines GO-994-GNA-09, GO-994-GNA-10, GO-926-GJN-16, GO-905-QZN-08, GO-932-GJN-32 and Qazian Well-01 are used
