Abstract: This research work di sc loses that alternative justice Pl atforms in our co untry, Pakistan are never harmonizing to the judicial system of state/country because of abortive formal and prescribed justice system in dispensing fairness has created such informal and unauthorized systems the merely platforms accessible to the poor and backward people communities and tribes who dwell in that particul ar geographic zones. It reveals the authenticity that the righteousness of this system is only considered and seen through the superior class. Verdicts and exercises of Faislo are not obeying to universal and social human rights values. The affiliates of Faislo are not prepared to behave with culprit and victim suitably. Under the shadow of justice children as well as women are thought as a dev ice of compensation and conciliation and rights of equal status of the both male and female are not met on the ground of Faislo platform which contradicts with the provisions of the constitution. Owing to the weak administration and management of government system committers of Faislo run so promptly from the grabs of legal and judicial system of state. The continuous participation and backing of dogmatic and political leaders in such platforms di splays that lawmakers are refusing to enforce judicial system of co untry, they are unsuccessful to in fulfilment of compulsions in integration of the laws of human rights at international into domestic and national laws effectively. In spite of the challenges, the Faislo system prerequisites to be repaired similar to various other emerging cultures through social change in accountability in informal justice system prevailing indifferent corners of the Paki stan may be an advantage in improving access to justice for poor and disadvantaged people.
