Abstract: In order to compete in the modern world, the vitality of education cannot be overlooked. It was found in literatures that demand for private schools have increased in all over the world and management in private school is proactive and teaching staff is punctual and regular. This research report is concerned with addressing parents whose children are getting their education from private schools. The researcher conducted a survey in Tharushah Town, District Naushahro Feroz, Sindh. For the research work, the researcher took a sample size of one hundred and sixty (160) respondents and collected data on the basis of structured questionnaires. The study revealed that parents of private school students were satisfied with facilities provided by them. Parents were agreed/strongly agreed with discipline in private schools, cooperative teaching staff, security, learning environment, usage of English language, monthly/weekly tests and high standard text books. These findings indicated that the parents were more interested in private schools as compare to Government schools. They believe that these schools meet their expectations of the education
