Abstract: Number oj private academies is increasing significantly in Pakistan. Preference of Jemale students has increased towards academies. for the improvement of their grades and merits. The present study intended to explore the reasons behind this growing shift. This research was done in District Muzaffargarh, where the trend of private academies is increasing day by day. The objective of the study is (hat private academies expensive but the Students joined private academies for good grades and enhance the merit~ The quantitative data was collected [rom 120 female respondents by using questionnaire. and then the resulls were analyzed by using SPSs. The major findings have shown that the academies have a significant. effect on the quality of educafioll and grades of stl/dents that is why students prefer private academies
