Abstract: Education carries immense significance and it has an imperative in human capital development. The output skills and the competence attached with education of an individual are directly proportional to its quality. It has most important role for the economic empowerment of a country. As we compare Pakistan with other countries of the world, the performance of education sector is not up to the mark. The quality of education in Pakistan has decreasing trend. It is observed that the situation here is deteriorating and it urgently needs due attention of the concerned authorities. Therefore, the quantitative study was concluded in Sadikabad which is a sub district of Rahim Yar Khan in South Punjab. The sample size was of 120 respondents and tool used for data collection was the structured questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, researcher used Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 16.0. The researcher unfolded the competitive pattern and concluded that Public Private Partnership based schools were better and more effective than private and government schools. The abundance of the students got admission in the Public Private Partnership based schools leaving the governmental schools. However the Private schools were slightly better than Governmental schools.
