Quality Control of the different det ectors at LHC is a key issue for studying the bahaviour of nature at large scale energy. In this dissertation end cap RPCs for CMS experiment are studied in det ail. Their working principle and construction has been discussed. RPC consists of three gas gaps which are made of bakelite sheet. The resistivity of t his bakelite sheet is measured. We have described the assembly and quality control t ests of the gas gaps. A Scintillator based hodoscope setup for final testing of RPCs is developed. For t his purpose, the working voltage and efficiency of the scintillators have been measured and a trigger setup is proposed for making a cosmic ray muon telescope.en_US
