dc.description.abstractIslamic Revolution of Iran Post Khomeini credits Iran to influence in region, precisely Afghanistan. Respectively, to discern Iran‘s religious realpolitik philosophy that paved its approach to become important dynamic to ignite partners in Afghanistan against US and its allies in varying countries and non-state actors to pursue theirs interest in Afghanistan and in the Great Middle East. Shiite Islam riffed across the globe, specifically in Iran and Iraq. While Iran is the only Shiite sect of Islamic country in the world that faces regional actor constrains Saudi Arabia be pitted against US supremacy and a long term enmity before and after the Islamic Revolution in 1979. Iran‘s influence in the region throughout the course of history have magnitude in contrast to other powers whilst, her cultural potency has made her subtle power that challenged different invaders and colonials in the region and precisely Afghanistan. So, how come Islamic Republic of Iran succeeds to play significant role in Afghanistan whether militarily or in soft power formen_US
