Abstract: The current study was conducted to investigate the indigenous point of view of the law enforcement department on Pakistani women criminals typically from Rawalpindi. The feminist research design is used with the qualitative methodology which is based on in depth interviews, which was conducted with the experts in judiciary (all the practicing lawyers) and on duty policemen to share their opinion on the issue under consideration. Data gathered through this detailed interview session was recorded and transcribed to derive the important themes. Phenomenology was used to assign codes and develop categories of the data. The major themes emerged from data were socio-economic issues, relations of women with the victims, dealing with crime scenarios, women involvement in crime and image of women as victims.
