Abstract: | This study aimed to explore the contribution of women in the political domain of Pakistan, importance of women’s political participation at social and political levels, factors affecting women’s participation, forum of political participation through which they can participate in politics and contributions of Aurat March in women’s political participation. Moreover, this study will also highlight the challenges that women face in the political sphere and the role of government in women’s political participation. However, this study uses feminist research methodology. This study concludes, with the efforts that women make to fight for their rights as well as the positive impacts of Aurat March in contribution to women’s political activism in Pakistan. Also this research will mention the activities and efforts that Aurat March plays to bring the unheard voices and what efforts they made to claim their basic right |
