Abstract: Low-cost private schools are those schools who have low fee structure to attract the middle or poor class, near located to the residence, with less qualified or under qualified teachers, or have minimum resources. Emerges of these low-cost schools increased day by day in Rawalpindi these low-cost schools are developing in every street or main roads rapidly the intention of the researcher is conducting the research to know about how the academic performance of student influence by environment of (LCPC) Low Cost Private schools, or LCPS are contributing influence on students’ academic achievements. According to the learning environment theory, or cognitive development theory environment has great influence on students’ academic performance in low-cost private schools, which will produce either positive and negative out comes. Or according to hierarchy need base theory or functional theory these LCPS are functional for the society and need for lower income families. Therefore, the Quantitative study was conducting in Rawalpindi. The sample size was 150 respondents and for data collection, structured questionnaire is used in this study, for analyzing the data researcher used SPSS (Scientific Package for Social Sciences). According to the study school environment has great influence on academic performance of students in LCPS. These factors such as Parents financial or educational status, teacher’s personality, qualification, absents, congested environment, lack of resources, basic necessities, infrastructure, class room and also lack of teaching materials as well as technological materials have great influence on educational performance of students in LCPS. The researcher come to the conclusion that the academic performance of the students infused with the environment of school, because of its student cannot performed well in further schools and it well also impact their further studies or they feel difficulty after schooling to getting admission in college
