Abstract: | In sindh47.98% of the population living Rural areas where the culture custom are thoroughly followed in tribal areas of sindh therefore practice of killing women is denoted to tribal culture and study also found that it is not only derived from culhlre but also it has the effect of feudal culhlre and thus women is considered holder of honor of her family in society and considered persormel property and thousands of women are killed on name of honor killing after being accused of illicit relationship or adultery ,most of the case occurred in male dominant society there women are deprived of lights then, and the paper will illustrate the lapse of judiciary and executive to overcome the cases of honor killing, paper has draw the attention on main causes which lead to the cases of honor killing and how women are deprived of their rights on name of honor killing ,honor killing is culhlral practice it is ,against the injunction, of Islam does not allow the killing ,the honor killing is the origin of Hindu culture as was practice named sattias when a husband of any women died wives were burnt with her husband paper aims at explain the concept of 1 karokari2 origin of honor killing main factor and Honor in Islamic perspective and recommendation |
