INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA

Abstract

The integrated system of Post Graduate Diploma of Computer Centre of Quaid-I-Azam University Islamabad has been developed by using Oracle 7 under Windows 98 environment. The designed system will keep the record of admission of the new students and the record of the old students. It also stores the fee record and the record of the examination. The system also provides correct, reliable and efficient information to computer centre for monitoring and decision making. The system also provides efficient means of data storage and retrieval of information in the form of printed reports and queries, which are required by the Computer Centre management. The system provides a user friendly environment for insertion, deletion and updating of data. With the implementation of this system most of the problems faced by the organization regarding this respect would be solved.
