dc.description.abstract	The objective of this project is to computerize the system of five year plan for the Ministry of Education. Prior to the development of the computerized system the ongoing manual system at the organization was studied. The computerized system tries to remove major defficiences present in the existing systm. For the acievement of this aim, codes province/area were generated for the proposed system. for This system was then designed and developed to accept the data and store it , process it and then exhibit in the form of re a e reports in an efficient and effective manner.
