dc.description.abstractThis project report describes in detail the Microfilming Library System & Legal Section's Database. The main objective of the Microfilming Library System is to keep the record of microfiches in the Microfilming Library. The system is used for quick access to a particular company's microfiche. Similarly the main objective of Legal Section's Database is to maintain a history of the legal cases filed against companies, at Corporate Law Authority. Chapter One gives brief introduction about the Corporate Law Authority and its sections involved for this project. At the end of the chapter systems objectives are discussed. Chapter Two describes the existing systems, their physical models. It also highlights the limitations and drawbacks of the present systems. Chapter Three gives the strategy adopted for proposing new systems. It also gives brief overview of the proposed systems. Chapter Four describes systems design outlining the inputs; outputs, procedure files required for the systems. 4th Dimension's special procedures are also discussed here. Chapter Pi ve narrates the hardware and software selection and includes the description of programs development. Chapter Six is about system evaluation. The objectives that has been achieved the future extension for the systems are described here. User Guide and Appendices are given at the end of the report.en_US
