NETWORK DYNAMIC REPORT GENERATOR

Abstract

This project is aimed to develop such a complete system, which can be used for making outgoing calls over PSTN and LAN and collecting all the call infonnation on the client. These information can then be sent to the server for further processing. The server receives these information from the client and parsed into the data repository. These information can then be used for different types of report generation. These reports are then can be saved in different formats on the hard drive and also are sending as an email attachment. The web interface is providing for the user to create the interactive environment. User and administrator have their own privileges. The administrator can change, add, and delete new call rates, users, countries and services to the database. The user can generate different types of reports, store in different formats and can send it as an email attac1unent.
