Abstract: | Hybrid Complaint Management System is web-based application. Hybrid Complaint Management System is a smart way to handle daily life crimes or any illegal activities nearby without any effort by just and difficulties. User just need to have any electrical device that connects the user with the world through internet and basic knowledge of browsing web. Hybrid Complaint Management System provides a convenient, comfortable, energy efficient and secure system to register complaints without thinking much about the difficult procedures that we might follow to register any complaint in the past. But now it is just some clicks away, and any person may become responsible citizen by registering complaints without any fear. Through this system any country may become a better and safer place because they can report about any crime that was quite difficult in the past due to fear of powerful people and due to the waste of time, energy, and money. Further the anyone can check the progress, the person does not to go Government offices again and again or making expensive phone calls. User will open his account and can check the complaint progress. The owner of smart home can check the data from any location. The aim of this project is to develop an efficient Hybrid Complaint System that will facilitate users in this busy life. The product will be designed and implemented using Visual Studio Code. The languages used for the implementation are HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 4, JavaScript are used for frontend. PHP is used for backend handling. |
