Abstract: | Acillelobacter balll1lclllllii is known to cause urinary and respiratory tract inrections, nosocomial pneumonia, meningitis, skin and wound inrections in human. Therefore, ror gcnerating long-term imlllunity against A.baumClllllii infection, a holistic approach is needed. Consequently, the immunointormatics method was applied to dcsign the multi-epitope subunit vaccine construct consisting of Band T cell epitopcs based on pathogen protein. In addition, the physiochcmical characterization was performed to verify the vaccine construct's molecular weight and thermostable design. The allergicity and antigenicity were predicted to ensure thc protection and immunogenic activity of the final vaccine model. This study provides computational validation to ensure the proposed vaccine construct's irnmullogcnicity and safety profile, which may be beneficial in managing A.baumCllll1ii infection. |
