Abstract: | The aim of this current study is to inspect how perception of organizational politics moulds employees behavioural and attitudinal outcomes (knowledge-sharing hostility and workplace incivility) by using mediation of organizational injustice through moderated mediation based on brief literature.Workplace loneliness role in the moderation between perceived organizational politics and organizational injustice. Specifically, the conservation of resource theory has been utilized to support the constructs of study.This research employed the quantitative research design, collect data with sample size of 650 from employees working in telecommunication industry particularly, customer service representatives and telecommunication operators. The cross-sectional approach used to collect data via hybrid mode both online and personally visited them mostly from twin cities i-e Rawalpindi/ Islamabad. The data was analyse by using multiple process, moderation analysis conducted in Hayes method in SPSS macro process and PLS was used to find out the relationship between variables. The examination of this research reveals that the significant relationship exists among all the variables which depicts that in an escalated political environment employees are more likely to face injustice and unfair treatment, ultimately enhanced the adverse behaviours in employees such as workplace incivility and reluctance to a share knowledge.
