dc.description.abstractThis research highlights the importance of green inclusive leadership in IT industry of Pakistan. This research aims to investigate what is the effect of green inclusive leadership on employee conduct such as green creativity and green knowledge sharing using green human resource management as a bridge between them and environmental consciousness as a moderator. The nature of the research is quantitative. The data was collected from various software houses in twin cities. 480 questionnaires utilizable questionnaires were collected. The data was analyzed using SPSS25 and SmartPLS4. SEM was done in SmartPLS and moderation was done in SPSS using the Hayes process. The findings supported the hypotheses. It was a cross-sectional study. The theoretical and practical implications, limitations and imputations for future research have been discussed in this research. According to the findings Green Inclusive Leadership is positively related to Green Creativity and Green Knowledge Sharing. Green Human Resource Management plays an important role in bridging the relationship between Green Inclusive Leadership, Green Creativity and Green Knowledge Sharing. Environmental Consciousness catalyzes the above mentioned relationship.
