Abstract: | In the midst of business environment, adoption of the ICT has significantly impacted on the perspectives organizations, enterprises and firms used to conduct the businesses and carry their routine based tasks and activities. Today, businesses have become really efficient and effective due to the existence and adoption of the management information system. However, management information system has impacted number of technological and people factors. Research main aim is to analyze and examine the role of technological, organization, and people factors on adoption of the management information system. This research is quantitative in nature. Questionnaire instrument has been adopted from the employees working in the telecommunication companies of Pakistan. The research findings have indicated that technological, organizational and people factors does have lot of impact on the adoption of the dynamic and advanced MIS. |
