Abstract

ICMS is a complete solution for your management needs in your Internet Cafe. It gives you an ability to control all PCs form your server. ICMS makes you able to control, manage, print and take bills all at the same time form all PCs which you have in your cafe. It is capable of handling the customers, the accounting and the cafeteria with the minimum human assistance. ICMS using cafes increase the quality of their services by providing wider options to their customers. Application main interface two options to get login to ICMS monitor. These two options are that employee can be an Operator or Administrator. The role of Administrator is different from Operator in sense that Administrator can add/delete operators and can view different reports generated by this application. ICMS implements accounting tools to let you have reports of all transactions and accounts. The entire money flow is monitored and reported to the administrator in the most convenient way. You can have daily reports or special reports and statistical data of the usage and performance of your cafe PCs. Through ICMS system Operator! Administrator can charge customers uSIl1g various pricing I ist e.g. Standard, Student and Happy hours. You have prepayment method for permanent members and post-payment option for one time visitor. Using this software Operator/Administrator can create accounts for their permanent customers. Members can login to the ICMS system by themselves with no need to the assistance of an operator. On the other hand one-time visitors can come and logon to ICMS system and when leaving have to pay the bill. ICMS Cafeteria Module is designed to enable cafe customers to order goods from their desktops. The prices of the ordered items are being added to the customer's bi II and charged at the end of the usage. Through ICMS system Operator/Administrator can send message to any customer. This will help in communication between customer and Operator/Administrator because you don't need extra labor to deliver your message. ICMS also provides the facility for e-mailingthemembers.This option IS provided because Operator/Administrator can inform customer that his/her account has been finished and he/she is no more member of the cafe.
