The second phase was the main study (N =365) comprised of (n = 204) males and (n = 161) females. Confirmatory factor analysis was done for the validation of the instruments used in the study. The correlational analysis showed that all the study variables are positively correlated with each other. Results from regression analysis showed that spiritual intelligence acts as the predictor of work engagement, employee creativity, organizational citizenship behavior and workforce agility. Moreover, the workplace spirituality acts as a mediator in the relationship between employee creativity, work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. Whereas the workplace spirituality did not act as a mediator in the relationship between spiritual intelligence and workforce agility. The t-test was used for the examination of mean differences in gender and education.
