Abstract: | The purpose of the research is to critically analyze whether or not the ideological needs of the newly independent states coincide with the concept of development especially after the Second World War this research focus on the need of cultural diversity when working with the development discourse. Primarily previous researches relied on the establishment, urban layout, and pattern of Islamabad, and also the researchers emphasizes the extensive air quality of Islamabad and thus unable to explain the basic concept behind the establishment and landscaping of the city. The data used in this research explains the basics of the study. The study'S findings prove Islamabad as the national symbol of Islam as well as the whole State. |
