| Abstract: | Landmark is a company promoting Geographical Information Systems nationally as well as globally. It has an extensive use of maps and other images. Now the company wants to enhance their existing system. And require software that can manipulate lmages efficiently. So this Image Processing Software is going to be built that wil1 provide different operations on an image. It will also be able to encode and decode the images. This software will be developed in Visual C++. And Windows XP platform will be used. |
