Abstract

Application Management System aim is to provide online projects to the development companies. Only authenticated companies have the right to take the project to work on. All information can be updated easily, with changes taking effect across the processes that are pali of the AMS. System is capable to provide the services for more than one client at a time. All the online transactions are being stored in databases. The software provides efficient means of accessing basic Application and document management facilities such as creation, modification, and deletion of applications, documents, users, companies as well as groups. Viewing of applications, documents, reminders, groups and users. Sending automatic reminders to the users. With the implementation of this system, it is possible to have access to the Application Management facilities through Internet. This system will offer help for online management of Applications and Documents. This is an open platform independent system; the technology used for this project is Java Servlets. SQL is used as the database server. Tools such as Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Dream Weaver, and Adobe Photoshop are used for interface designing. Operating system used for the development of this system is Windows 2000 Professional.
