Web-Based Database for Project coordination Of Computer Science Department QAU Islamabad

Abstract

The intention while developing the Web-Based Database for Project coordination of Computer Science Department QAU Islamabad is to provide users online information about the student projects being done in Computer Science Department, so that they can take advantage of that work. It would be helpful in introducing students of Department to others and it would also help Faculty in coordinating projects with students. Platform used for the system implementation is Windows 2000 Professional. SQL Server 2000 is used as backend database. User interface programming is carried out through HTML and JavaScript. Active Server Pages technology is used for the system logic programming of the Web site development.
