dc.description.abstract | NeuroinforInatics is a new field which deals with the integrated data system to handle the complications of brain. In Neuroinformatics, we handle protein-protein interactions (PPI) of neurodegenerative diseases (ND). After the detailed literature overview, we found meaningful data of biological annotations and behavior ofND and MD. We collected valuable PPI and complexes of ND and MD. We associated MD with ND with their functional translation and indicated the new topological connections in the selected proteins. The generated data helped in detail study of expression and functional annotation of proteins at the cellular and molecular levels in association with biological processes. We generated PPI network (PPIN) for featured study of protein interactions at various stages of diseases. PPIN indicated few common proteins with common interactions in ND and MD which may be helpful in disease prediction and may cure it at initial stages. Over all, our data highlighted a new mode oftreatment for these diseases in drug designing as well as detailed phylogenetic and cytogenetic studies. | en_US |
