Abstract: MS Exchange Server Control Panel is a web application which different organizations/companies can use by registering their account and register organization. Tenant users can create different organization objects e.g. Virtual Organizations, Mail Domains, Mailbox users, Distribution groups, Mail Contacts and Public Folder management. For different departments/divisions Tenant user can create different Virtual Organizations. In individual virtual organization Tenant user can create different Email Domains, User Mailboxes, Mail Contacts as external users, Distribution Groups to create groups of user mailboxes and other distribution groups. User can also add public folders and mail enabled Public to share data between different organization users. Ensuring that each tenant on the system can only see its own objects and not those of any other tenant is fundamental to the concept of multi-tenancy.
